Fantastic vacation rental in a great location! This beautifully maintained condo is located across the street from the River where you can enjoy dining, shopping and a movie. Close to all the activities throughout the Coachella Valley. Enjoy 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with 1,384 sq. ft. of living space. Updated galley kitchen with lots of cabinets and storage, quality built-ins and tile flooring. The generous master suite has two closets and a very large attached bath with dual sinks and a large soaking tub with shower. The other upstairs bedroom also has two closets, a built-in computer area and its own attached bath. The third bedroom is down stairs and is currently open and used as a convertible den. This is an additional bath with shower downstairs that has been remodeled. The living room features crown moldings and a lovely attached patio. The complex is very quite with a nice pool, spa and tennis court. This unit is very clean and you won’t find a better location!
