Casa Serenidad, an eco-friendly house with private pool and a tropical backyard, is furnished with modern flair and has everything you need to have a great vacation! Winter rentals come with access (I?m a member, so you are my guests!) to the amazing country club down the street. You get the best of both worlds…access to a fantastic country club at 1/3 the rental cost. This country club (Desert Princess) is one of the best golf and tennis clubs in the desert. Casa Serenidad is beautifully decorated and is in a serene and quiet neighborhood. You will love the privacy and tranquility of the large private backyard.

Amenities:
1800 square feet; updated in 2009; 3 bedrooms; tropical back yard with pool with fountains; 50 inch flat screen TV with satellite; computer with high speed internet provided; 2 car garage; stainless steel appliances in kitchen; granite counter tops; washer and dryer (with drying racks you can use outside to conserve energy), 2 bikes; the backyard of your dreams with lounge chairs. There is also a cozy front patio. Since Casa Serenidad is an eco-friendly house, all appliances are energy efficient, we only use green/eco-friendly/low-allergen cleaning products, we recycle, and bikes are provided!

Sliding doors connect the bright living room and dining area to the back patio, outdoor dining area, yard, and pool. Since this is an eco-friendly house, the pool is not heated, but you do have access to the country club pool. The outside dining area has a large table with six chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking supplies. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, one has two twins, (with shared full bath) and the master bedroom has a queen bed, attached full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard. All linens, bedding, and towels are included.
Casa Serenidad is located on a quiet street of all single-family homes with no through traffic. It is a residential area with no condos or apartment buildings. The neighbors are kind and friendly. Just a few blocks away is a brand new shopping center with an upscale grocery store, a Starbucks, a cleaners, etc. Casa Serenidad is located in Rio Vista, a subdivision on the Palm Springs/Cathedral City border.

Rates (plus $100 cleaning fee):

May through mid-December
$395/weekend (2 or 3 nights-same price), $695/week (7 nights)

There is an additional $250 security deposit required which will be refunded after the property manager has checked the house to make sure there is no damage.

Very flexible with check-in and check-out times.
Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning/shampooing carpet fee ($100-non-refundable).

Indian Springs is one of the highest rated public golf courses in the valley. With rates generally below $100.00, you will love playing here. Thinking about spending a week or a month (or more!) in Palm Springs? This Palm Springs Alexander ranch home is just the place. French doors connect the bright living room and dining area to the back patio, outdoor dining area, yard, pool, and spa. The kitchen is chock full of all appliances and cooking supplies, ready for plenty of cooking for dinners under the stars. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds (with shared full bath) while the master bedroom has a king bed, attached full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard. All linens, bedding, and towels are included. Home also includes a few light weights, yoga mat, and medicine ball which can be used for a backyard workout.

The home comes fully stocked with linens, bath and pool towels, all kitchen plates, utensils, cookware, and appliances as well as a gas grill for outdoor grilling. You also have access to wireless internet a flat-screen TV with DirecTV and DVD player, stereo system, a/c, heat, in-house laundry, and a two car garage.

This lovely home is located in historic mid-century neighborhood Racquet Club Estates, about a quarter mile from the intersection of Francis and Indian Canyon. It’s nearly 1,500 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s significantly larger than most of the other three-bedroom mid-century homes in the neighborhood (most of those are “Butterfly” Alexanders and are just over 1,200 square feet, which are renting for the same rate or higher!) This home has a wide open living area and spread-out bedrooms, perfect for a few couples. SIX-PERSON MAXIMUM.
