Location
This is a very unique property. It is situated on a double lot with a classic style, black bottom pool and attached hot tub. There is a large cabana as well as a covered lanai, each with Spanish style deep lounges. The master bedroom historically was a home in an of itself. It is very large, with its own fire place, entry way, additional private hot tub, double shower, canopy bed and TV with full cable access.
Description

There are two casita suites, in separate buildings, each with full bath. One has a king size bed, the other has two queens. A third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed (with private bath) and the fourth bedroom with two twin beds. All of the bedrooms are entered from the grounds and the main house is also entered separately. The living room is styled in English safari and there is a dining room with an oversized table. The kitchen features a Viking range, wine cooler and all amenities. In addition there is an entertainment room, with full cable access as well as a billiard room including a dart board. There are also horse shoe pits outside next to the gas and charcoal barbeque/smoker. There are two large driveways with gates with plenty of off street parking for multiple vehicles. This house is designed with separate buildings surrounding the outdoor living area.

-Cleaning fee: $275
-Optional pool heating: $40/day, $225/week
-Deposit: $1,000 (run on credit card)
-Last minute bookings may be subject to a $30 check in fee
