Immaculate, newer 3 bedrooms, 3 bath home in Indian Palms Country Club, Indio, CA. MBR has king size bed, jetted tub and shower in ensuite. The other bedrooms have one queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a 2 person air mattress. (Sleeps 8). The home is located on the golf course and it is within walking distance of the Coachella and Stagecoach Concerts. Rental allows the use of swimming pools, tennis courts and fitness center. The home has a 2 car garage, satellite TV, high speed internet, laundry, bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, BBQ, and patio furniture.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. In additionn to the rental fee of $2000 for the 4 days, is a non refundable cleaning fee of $200 and a deposit of $1000 which is refundable after a successful inspection upon check out. MORE PHOTOS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
