New bathrooms and new pool. New Concrete floors. Large Lot. Very hip neighborhood in Palm Springs.

We won’t have French Posters, Pictrures of Frank Sinatra outside of the Sands, green and blue martini glasses, a boomerang coffee table, or a rainbow unbrella over the 1950’s outside dining table.

We will have 5 single beds, 2 queen beds, fresh linens, white bath towels and pool towels, a bbq, and killer living room set up and day skys full of sun and nights skys full of stars.

This is a designer furnished private pool home on large culdsec corner lot.
The open living area includes a gas fireplace, bar and 32-inch flat screen HDTV with DVR. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, dishware, and basics for your use. There is a breakfast nook for casual dining, which opens out to the pool and patio. The formal dining area has a distinctive desert feel with ample seating for 8 guests.

There are 3 full bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, plus a powder room for guests. The first bedroom is luxurious with a California King bed, large bathroom with soaking tub and huge walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms has queen beds and full baths. All bedrooms include TV with cable.

There are two large covered patio areas and a large raised pool deck area with dining and patio furniture. Lots of patio setting, gas bbq and golf putting area.

We offer unlimited high speed internet access as well as a wireless connection allowing the comfort of anywhere access.

There is a fully equipped laundry room.
