Just 20 minutes from the Palm Springs airport, this is the perfect desert location, situated VERY near “The River” shopping/dining/entertainment complex, and a quick 5 minute drive to El Paseo or Palm Canyon Drive in our sister communities. This is a great house for family getaways or golf outings.

A perfect mix of elegance of a California era gone by and the technologies of the future. This estate has 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 4 half bathrooms, including a three bedroom /two bath guest house with living room, dinning room and kitchen. The property boasts 10,000 square feet of living area on 1.55 acres. Built in 2000 on the site of a historic Date garden, it was designed by Juan Carlos Ochoa and Steven De Christopher Jr. Flowers and citrus fruit trees have been added to the garden to make it more spectacular.

The walled Estate is entered through private gates with a drive that bends gently toward the house. There is a lagoon with a waterfall and a paddleboat (and a family of Mallard ducks).
