Available: Thursday, April 12 or Friday,13th thru Monday April 16th and Thursay April 19 or Friday, April 20 thru April 23…3 Night Minimum. $1,500 a night, plus a $300 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee, and a $3,000 Refundable Security Deposit. Cross Streets are Bob Hope and Geral Ford. We are offering our property for the Coachella Festival Week-Ends. This property is available for your enjoyment with everything you need including: Guest Bedroom with One Queen Bed and a Private, Freshly Decorated Bathroom (see photo bottom right) with a Fully Enclosed Shower, Granite Counter, Large Sink, New Faucets and Beauitful Cabinet. The Master Bedroom has a California King Bed, a Sitting Area, Enclosed Sleeping Porch (if the weather is good, 2 more people could sleep there on a blow-up mattress). The Master Bath has a Roman Tub, Shower and Dual Sinks. There’s a Cozy Living Room (see photo lower left) with Fireplace next to the Dining Room. The Study/Library/TV Room can also accommodate 2 more people with a Blow-up Mattress, as long as you don’t mind sharing the bathrooms. There is also a powder room for your needs. There is a fully stocked Kitchen, with Mircowave, Dishwasher, and a Laundry Room. The back yard (see photo top left) is totally private with a BBQ, Pepple Tech Pool and Spa and a great view of the San Jacinto Mountains.
