Because of a cancellation, we currently have 1 condominium available for 4 weeks, from February 25 to March 24, 2012. It can be rented for the entire 4 weeks, or a week at a time. The condos are located at Palm Springs Villas II, on the north end of Palm Springs, right across the street from the famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, on Palm Canyon Drive (Palm Springs’ main street). It is a quiet, gated, security complex.

Each cozy unit has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. They have been recently updated, and are fully furnished in neutral desert tones, and have fully-stocked kitchens with microwaves and coffee makers. The units have TV’s with VCR’s or DVD players, wall-mounted hair dryers, all bed linens and towels, as well as pool towels. Pools and spas are adjacent, as well as tennis courts, outdoor barbeques and laundry facilities.

The units are ideal for two. No kids or pets are allowed. Two of the units are adjacent, with a connecting door — perfect for 2 couples!

We schedule the units from Saturday noon to Saturday noon. After reserving your week, a $500.00 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit is fully-refundable after a departure inspection. Then the rental fee is due 30 days prior to the rental date. There is a $125.00 cleaning fee, which includes cleaning the entire unit, as well as all laundering of towels and bed linens. We accept personal checks, Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover cards.

WEEKLY RENTAL RATES (per unit):
January — March — $450.00 (or $1500 for 4 weeks)
April — June — $350.00 (or $1150 for 4 weeks)
July — September — $250.00 (or $850 for 4 weeks)
October — December — $350.00 (or $1150 for 4 weeks)
