Our rate is per night, longer stays are less. 2 nite min, holidays more. This is a fully equiped villa sleeps 6, even has high speed internet and attached garage with 3 bikes. Heated pool is a few steps away. This resort has 8 pools and 7 tennis courts and is just a few min away from downtown Palm Springs.

This model is like a free standing home with only part of the garage wall shared.

Kitchen was just updated in June with new counter, gas range, built in microwave and sink. Most of the furniture was replaced recently.Our home has an attached 2 car garage with 3 bicycles.

We are currently booked solid until May 1st. We are offering third nite free for booking early.
