We rent our Condo out monthly as a vacation rental.
While we are open to any stay, we prefer to avoid short term rentals, so we’re listing it here at a substantial price break for people looking for a month or longer for the off peak season. The property is a stand alone condo in a small 8 unit complex 2 block from downtown, very high end

for the peak season, we ask and get $4,000 per month.
but for the off peak, we will go as low as $1,500 per month in the summer or nightly and weekly rates are available as well
it is currently available from 4/16.

The lovely 2Bdrm, 2 Bath Condo on the second floor. Is available starting April 1, 2012. Stay for a month or stay as along as you would like. The price varies depending on the time of year and the length of stay. The unit is an end unit with only one person next to you. There are stairs just out the door or you can take the elevator that is just steps away. There is a coin laundry next to the elevator, not in the unit. This unit is completely updated with granite and stainless. The master bed is a tempur pedic and the second is new just purchase on 01/25/2012 they are both queen size. This unit is decorated in the palm springs decor with light soothing greens. For long term 1st and last plusThere is a $1.000.00 deposit and a $120.00 cleaning fee due upon renting. If this is longer stay than a couple of months we will charge $50.00 to do a credit check. Short term payment is full is due upon arrival.
