This renovated home built in the grand Hollywood style of the late 1940’s is outfitted with new ultra modern furnishings and stunning stone floors with modern design details. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views while swimming and lounging around the 50′ pool or a relaxing massage under the pounding waterfall. We rent our Condo out monthly as a vacation rental.
While we are open to any stay, we prefer to avoid short term rentals, so we’re listing it here at a substantial price break for people looking for a month or longer for the off peak season. The property is a stand alone condo in a small 8 unit complex 2 block from downtown, very high end

for the peak season, we ask and get $4,000 per month.
but for the off peak, we will go as low as $1,500 per month in the summer or nightly and weekly rates are available as well
