Lovely re-modeled 2Bdrm, 2 Bath Condo in the non windy part of Palm Springs. This condo is located on the second floor with stairs right outside the door or elevator just a few steps away. This is an end unit with only one condo next door to you. This unit has two seperate baths next to each bedroom. Plenty of closet space. The kitchen is all new with stainless appliances and grantite countertop. There are views from all the rooms with sliders. Nice view of the mountains. There is a coin laundry on the first floor near the elevator. The complex has a large swimming pool and jaccuzi. BBQ’s and eating area with a sink The eating area has misters to keep your eating a pleasure cool even in the summer. This unit is rentable on a monthly basis. It is furnished. The rate depends upon the season and the duration of the stay. The electricity and cable are the only utilities you have to pay. If this is a short term stay these will be encluded in the rental cost depending upon the time of year. This is a very quiet complex just off of palm canyon but back enough so that you will not hear the traffic noise. Very close to everything. Within walking distance of most eating areas. There is a bus stop just a few steps away.
Very close to all the museums, golf courses etc. This will make you vacation stay very pleasant and if this is a longer stay also very relaxing. No Pets and No Smoking Please. Rates and deposit will very as stated previously. I don’t think you will find a nicer place at this very reasonable price.
