The living and dinning rooms are adjacent to full height views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. A full sized laundry room provides added convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed, lots of closet space and private office/reading room. The second bedroom is outfitted with queen bed, tv, sitting room with pullout twin bed. The luxurious desert lifestyle continues with a private atrium style courtyard perfect for any meal of the day! 



The Marrakesh Country Club, aka “The Jewel of the Desert”, with its Moroccan theme, low density accommodation and lush green surroundings is considered to be one of the most desirable locations for a desert vacation experience. Its many facilities include 14 pools and spas, a fitness room, 2 lighted tennis courts and a friendly, active clubhouse with an excellent dining room. The challenging executive golf course is also available for your playing pleasure. Additionally, El Paseo Drive has all the best local, national and international stores and restaurants just a five minute drive or fifteen minute walk away. Hike the nearby trails. Visit the new arrivals at the Living Desert Zoo.

This condo is available for long or short term rental (one month minimum) at $2,500/month, ask about our multi-month discounted rates. Monthly rental includes all utilities and existing wifi service.
