This romantically decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath 2300 sq. ft. residence is beautifully furnished with designer touches and offers all the comforts of a luxury vacation home. It is located in an exclusive new gated community just five minutes from historic downtown Palm Springs. This gorgeous home sits right across from the Aerial Tramway where by day, you can take the Tram across to the San Jacinto Mountains and go hiking or cross country skiing, and in the evenings enjoy one of the many great restaurants, a night of gambling at the New “Morongo” Casino or go dancing a downtown club.

Two other Guest rooms are located on the opposite side of the house. A large second bedroom has queen size bed and third bedroom has two twin beds for singles, children or young adults. The other full bath is located between them.

Laundry area with washer and dryer offers convenience. There is also a three car garage with room for RV parking alongside of house.
