A lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, home located on the 17th fairway of one of the two golf courses in the gated 55+ active adult community. Perfect for a luxurious vacation getaway. The house has a very bright open feel to it with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the living room and dining room are very nicely furnished in southern U.S. style. The master suite is very large with a kingsize bed, a full size sofa, LCD television, an on-suite bathroom and an enormous closet. The second bedroom is brighly furnished and has a queen size bed with a full size bathroom attached. The third bedroom has a pull out sofa. All the counter tops in the kitchens and bathrooms are corian. There are wonderful patios at both the front and back of the house each with its own gas BBQ. The community includes a large indoor pool, several large outdoor pools, many tennis courts, a library, a billiard room, 2 very large gyms, an indoor walking track, many hot tubs, 2 full size 18 hole golf courses, a driving range, many putting greens and an 18 hole full size putting course. The community has more than 100 different activities ranging from a computer club to biking, hiking, excercise classes, dancing, card clubs and many more. The location is within a few miles of Palm Springs and many other Desert communities. There are more than 100 golfcourses within a reasonable distance. Sorry No smoking, no Pets. This spectacular very private home is secluded behind the gates of the prestigious Presidential Estates. Presidential Estates is a very quiet community located on Gerald Ford directly across from Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage.

Traveling past the main gates of this charming community you wind past a small enclave of beautifully manicured homes and gardens to end up at this wonderful find. Once owned by a member of the Boeing family, this home is available for your enjoyment.

Once you have arrived at the front door, you will enter into the foyer with soaring ceilings, then entering into the main living area with fireplace and wet bar. The cathedral ceilings of the living area open to the large wall of windows looking out to your own spa, sparkling swimming pool, rose garden, covered patio and private citrus orchard and view of the San Jacinto Mountains. There are patio tables, chairs and lounges for your relaxation around the pool, or a quiet evening meal under the stars.
