French doors connect the bright living room and dining area to the back patio, outdoor dining area, yard, pool, and spa. The kitchen is chock full of all appliances and cooking supplies, ready for plenty of cooking for dinners under the stars. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds (with shared full bath) while the master bedroom has a king bed, attached full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard. All linens, bedding, and towels are included. Home also includes a few light weights, yoga mat, and medicine ball which can be used for a backyard workout.

The home comes fully stocked with linens, bath and pool towels, all kitchen plates, utensils, cookware, and appliances as well as a gas grill for outdoor grilling. You also have access to wireless internet a flat-screen TV with DirecTV and DVD player, stereo system, a/c, heat, in-house laundry, and a two car garage.

This lovely home is located in historic mid-century neighborhood Racquet Club Estates, about a quarter mile from the intersection of Francis and Indian Canyon. It’s nearly 1,500 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s significantly larger than most of the other three-bedroom mid-century homes in the neighborhood (most of those are “Butterfly” Alexanders and are just over 1,200 square feet, which are renting for the same rate or higher!) This home has a wide open living area and spread-out bedrooms, perfect for a few couples. SIX-PERSON MAXIMUM.

Mountain Shadows is conveniently located on the Arnold Palmer managed Tahquitz Golf Course, minutes from the airport, downtown Palm Springs, and Palm Desert. This privately gated resort community is surrounded with spectacular views of lush green fairways, San Jacinto and San Gorgonio Mountain ranges, mature Palm trees and lots of open space to make it a quiet and relaxing environment. Our condo is conveniently located on the end of a quiet cul de sac with views of the golf course. The community has six pools, hot tubs, 2 lighted tennis courts and lighted walking paths. The grounds have an abundance of grapefruit, orange, and lemon trees available at your fingertips.

Walking Paths: The walking paths are on the perimeter of the property. Mileage is about .8 miles.
Pool Facilities: The pool and Jacuzzi areas are gated and locked. There are NO Life Guards on duty at any time. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Hours of operation vary from season to season but are usually from 8:00 ? 10:00 PM.

Jacuzzi Facilities: The Jacuzzi is for persons 16 years or older. It is recommended that no person stay in the Jacuzzi more than 10 minutes. If you are the last one in please turn it to off.

Tennis Courts: Open from 7:30-10:00. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult or responsible teenager.

It is a 5 minute walk to the clubhouse on the Tahquitz Creek golf course where you can enjoy a great breakfast/lunch on the green with spectacular views of the course and mountains.

Airport is about 3 miles. Shopping is within 1 mile. Downtown Palm Springs is about 4 miles and Palm Desert is about 5 miles.

Our condo has three bedroom and two and a half baths. All of the bedrooms are upstairs and carpeted. The Master is very large with a King-size bed and own bathroom. The other bedrooms have a queen bed and single beds with a pullout with a separate bathroom. The kitchen, living/dining room and patio areas are tiled. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer, storage galore in and outside. Private enclosed patio with a Barbeque for your dining needs. Cable TV will be provided during your stay as well. There is covered parking and guest parking available as well.
