This popular vacation home sits on a view lot on a great block in the desirable, wind-free Upper Cathedral City Cove neighborhood. This home has been completely remodeled to high standards. The open floor plan maximizes your enjoyment of Palm Springs-style living. You’re sure to enjoy the saline, chlorine-free pool/spa with fun, color changing LED lights. Around the pool are 6 modern, padded chaise lounges, pool floats/toys, large hammock, 3 seat swing and fire pit, and a newer stainless steel BBQ fueled by natural gas (no more empty propane tanks); you’ll love its infrared searing feature. There are nice mountain and valley views.

The living room has stylish yet comfortable seating around the 50 inch HDTV (w/HBO, Showtime, etc) and modern, gas fireplace. The well stocked/equipped kitchen has everything you need to easily cook and entertain for 2-8. Three bedrooms (King, Queen, 2 TwinXLs) feature quality, luxury mattresses and high thread count linens. The master bedroom features a private media room with large HDTV above a romantic fireplace and french doors that lead to your churning hot spa.
