This house is set up as a true vacation home, it has everything you need to enjoy your Coachella weekend! It has been recently renovated and includes three bedrooms and two baths
Currently available for the 2nd Coachella concert and Stagecoach. Its a straight shot down 50th to the Polo field.
Three large bedrooms with new Queen size beds and two baths can accommodate six people. Washer and dryer, side by side refrigerator, linens and towels and all kitchen utensils are included.

An outdoor patio with barbeque overlooks the Santa Rosa mountains. The house also features a pool and hot tub surrounded by a private patio for relaxing after listening to music.

An airy great room boasts a comfy leather sectional sofa and a 50″ LCD, hi-def cable TV, and DVD player, leading into the dining area and updated kitchen. 

All three bedrooms have queen beds and are tastefully styled, two with LCD TVs. The Master bedroom has a private bath, with convenient outside entry. 

With spectacular mountain views, the spacious backyard is completely private, with a hot tub, a refreshing pool and teak deck chairs- floaties and towels included! 
Grill and dine on the outside patio, or cozy up to the fire pit on those cool desert nights. 

Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this Krisel- designed Alexander is centrally located, minutes from downtown restaurants, nightlife, and all that Palm Springs has to offer.

In Season Oct-May .. $230/night .. $1380/week
Off Season June-Sept..$200/night. . .$1200/week

$500 security deposit
$100 housekeeping
11.5% Palm Springs city tax (tax permit# 45240000-20011842)
$40 daily pool heating charge (optional)

Two night minimum. Three night minimum on holiday weekends
