Legacy Villas at La Quinta is located near the beautiful five star Hilton La Quinta Resort & Club (one block away). Legacy Villas is a 24 hour guard gated community that features beautiful Spanish architecture. This in-gated community contains over 12 saltwater pools and 11 spas which includes: a family pool, adult pool, Jacuzzi and zero entry pool with children’s play area. The grounds contains 19 fountains and lush landscaping making this community feel like a resort.

The 11,000 SF clubhouse provides a large lounge and reading area, meeting rooms, internet access and a state-of-the art fitness center. The club house offers outdoor fireplaces, hammocks, grills and numerous seating areas. Additionally, the club house provides a restaurant called The Legacy Grille for convient eating. The serene and relaxing yet fun atmosphere of the complex is enhanced by the view of the nearby Santa Rosa mountains.

Property

Built in 2006 as part of the world famous La Quinta Resorts, this luxurious 1300 SF villa has a kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and paver tiles and a full complement of cooking utensils and cutlery. The one story flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, stacked laundry and parking for two. The villa has balconies off of the living room area and bedrooms. There are fireplaces in the living room and some bedrooms. Televisions/DVDs are typically found in the living area and each bedroom. This 2 bed 2 bath unit has views of the Santa Rosa Mountains from both balconies.

Location

The Legacy Villas is very close proximity to the La Quinta Resort & Club which offers four restaurants, a deluxe spa, numerous shops, tennis courts, and two world class golf courses (Dunes and Mountain Courses). Within a few minutes of the property, you can also find many more stores and shops at Old Town La Quinta. A short drive away are grocery stores (including Trader Joe’s and Ralphs), tennis courts, world class golf courses, shops, casinos and many other key activities for which visitors come to the desert.
