Refundable Security deposit of $300 for one week or less, $500 for two weeks and $1000 for one month required with signed agreement. Remaining balance and $100 cleaning fee due 30 days prior to rental.

PAYMENT METHODS – Accepted forms of payment are Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, International Money Orders (payable in USA Dollars). For your convenience, personal checks also accepted and must have 14 days to clear.
