We are unable to use our timeshare weeks this year, so here is an opportunity to enjoy luxurious accommodations at Marriott’s Shadow Ridge Villages during the PNP Paribas Tennis Open at Indian Wells.
This advertisement is for a 1 bedroom villa which sleeps 4 (2 in the king-bedded master bedroom, and 2 on the pull-out sofa in the living room).
Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, free wireless internet service, golf course view. Beautiful grounds and pool with water slide, as well as the Faldo Golf Institute.

Note, this is a timeshare, so there will not be daily maid service, but you can exchange towels for free by contacting housekeeping, or you can add daily cleaning for a fee when you check in.

Check in March 2, 2012 starting 4pm, check out March 9, 2012 by 10am.

Price is $1000 for the week (no additional taxes or fees). This is 50% savings than if you book through Marriott’s website.
If you also rent the following week’s studio accommodations March 9-16, I will deduct $100 from the total price of both weeks. (note, March 9-16 is sold out on Marriott’s website!)
PayPal is preferred. Personal checks and cashier’s checks need to clear the bank before the reservation is put in your name. Payment is non-refundable.
