Presented by Desert Luxury Vacations. “Cascade” is a 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home with sparkling heated pool and waterfall spa that sleeps up to17 in a quiet gated community.

This luxury home is loaded with amenities and located in the La Quinta area of Palm Springs. It has 3,650 sq ft with 5 total bedrooms…3 are private suites with King beds and private attached bathrooms. The Master bedroom suite has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 XL (extra-length) Twins and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and an XL Twin. Bedroom #4 has a King bed and the casita suite (bedroom 5) has both a King and an XL Twin as well.

All 5 bedrooms have high-definition TV’s, ceiling fans, and clock radios. A deluxe Queen raised-height Aero-bed is at the home with another available upon request, plus a rollaway Twin bed and a Porta-crib for the little ones.

There is sit down seating inside the home for 17 people total: 8 in the formal dining room, 6 in the breakfast nook, 3 at the kitchen bar counter. Outdoors, there is seating for another 10 people: 6 at the patio dining table and 4 at the poolside table. Total seating in and out for 27 people!
The Cascade Family Room features a giant wide screen High-definition TV, Blu-Ray DVD player with network connectivity (YouTube, Netflix and more), plus a DVR to record your favorite programs. Or, just sit in front of the cozy gas fireplace and watch a classic or current hit movie from the in-home DVD movie library. Or have tons of family fun with the Wii gaming system, which includes Beatles Rock Band. She Loves You. . . yeah, yeah, yeah!

The Cascade Music Room is a treat. Gather family and friends ’round the full-size baby grand piano and belt out a few songs. Relax in the super-comfortable leather sofa or loveseat. Not musically inclined? Sure you are. Sing along with the gang on the Karaoke machine. Don’t forget to hit the ‘Record’ button in case you lay down a track that could be your big break!
Hungry? The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters, a cooking grotto with 5-burner gas cooktop and pot-filler, and all stainless appliances: refrigerator, garbage disposal, double-oven and microwave. The dishwashing system is a top-of-the-line Fisher-Paykel dual drawer dishwasher.
The morning room/nook adjoins the kitchen and has a table that seats 6. There is bar stool seating at the counter for three more people. The nearby kitchen desk area has a Dell desktop computer, printer and Bose speakers for your web-surfing needs. The butlers pantry has a stainless bar sink, a full compliment of bar tools and a Gaggia super-automatic espresso machine.
Get ready for blazing fast Internet speeds. . . how does 35mbps upload and download speed grab you? We need to warn you though: you will be spoiled with all the speed you need for downloading music or movies. You can choose between the DISH network and Verizon FIOS, with 365 premium channels. Uh-oh, 2 good shows on at the same time? Record one or both on your choice of three, count ‘em, three DVR’s! Did we mention this home is loaded with amenities?
Relax on the large back patio area around the private and heated pool, with a tanning shelf/wading area for the smaller children, a raised spa with stackstone waterfall spillway, super soft water system and Jandy in-home controller that allows you to control all pool and spa functions from inside the house, and gives you a digital read-out of the pool temperature, the spa temperature and the outside air temperature.
The patio area also features a professional grade high pressure misting system that will cool you down at the flick of a switch! Or turn up the patio heater if it’s a cool evening. For that somewhere in-between temperature, just turn on the multi-speed ceiling fan with dimmer lighting.
Did you bring your iPod with all your favorite music? Plug it into the auxiliary jack for all the outdoor and indoor speakers. The attached private Casita is entered from the front courtyard and features a large separate bedroom with a King bed and XL Twin, a ceiling fan with adjustable speeds & dimmer lighting. There is an HDTV with DVD. The large front windows look out to the enclosed courtyard and the Santa Rosa Mountains.
Bedroom #2 has double French doors that lead out to a private side-yard patio area with table and 4 chairs. Can you say “man-cave”? (Hint: the cigar cutter is in the drawer of the butler pantry).
Other amenities include a fully-equipped laundry room with Whirlpool Duet high-capacity washer and gas dryer, ironing board and iron, free local and national long distance calling, and free super-fast wireless internet. The hot water re-circulating system gives you “instant-on” hot water at every faucet without waiting for the water to warm up.
