We rent our Condo out monthly as a vacation rental.
While we are open to any stay, we prefer to avoid short term rentals, so we’re listing it here at a substantial price break for people looking for a month or longer for the off peak season. The property is a stand alone condo in a small 8 unit complex 2 block from downtown, very high end

for the peak season, we ask and get $4,000 per month.
but for the off peak, we will go as low as $1,500 per month in the summer or nightly and weekly rates are available as well
it is currently available from 4/16.

I am renting my home for the 2012 COACHELLA Music and arts festival weekends 1 & 2 . House is still available as of today 1/ 27/12…you will not find a better deal on a home with full amenities and great proximity to the festival!!! Check in Is on Thursday night,checking out at noon mon!!
