Amenities

Luxury Furnishings; Central Air Conditioning and Heating; Washer – Dryer; Jacuzzi that overflows into a 12,000 gallon pool; Luxury linens and extra Pool Towels; Gas Fireplace and 42 Inch Plasma TV in the living room with surround sound entertainment system; Cable TV, Wi/Fi High Speed Wireless Internet, wood floors and cove molding throughout. The front yard has wrought iron lounge chairs and glass top tables. The outside dining area in back has a bbq grill and wrought iron chairs and wrought iron glass top table, outdoor lighting and mature fruit trees. Each bedroom opens up to the garden, pool and Jacuzzi. French doors connect the living room and kitchen area to the back patio and outdoor dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, ice maker, microwave, new dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee pot, toaster and cooking utensils.
The Master Suite
The Master Suite is 23 x 12 sq ft and it has it’s own private bathroom that has a whirlpool bathtub and a rainforest shower head. The design of the room is of the period. It has plenty of closet space and a Louis XVI Mahogany white marble top dresser with ormolu embellishments and five drawers. It has a chaise lounge, a pillow top queen size bed with down
comforters, down pillows and a large 19th century hand carved white marble top dressing table with two drawers and two cabinets. The Master Suite also has a ceiling fan, central air conditioning and heating, two windows facing the outside dining area and back yard, and French Doors that are the private entrance to the room that open up to the spa and pool.
The second bedroom
The second bedroom 16 x 12 sq ft and it also has it’s own private bathroom with plenty of shelf space, three large drawers in the sink cabinet, extra towels and extra linens for the bedroom, a large tiled shower and bench a built in mirror and a large rainforest shower head. The room has an orient theme with a large armoire and dresser with three large drawers. It has two twin size beds or a queen size bed with down comforters and down pillows. It also has ceiling fan, central air conditioning and heating, two windows and French doors that are the private entrance to the room that open up to the lawn and spa and pool area.

Palm Desert Area Offers

Casa Santa Barbara is within easy walking distance of Westfield Mall, McCallum theater and The World Famous El Paso Shopping District that features over 300 world class shops, clothing boutiques, art galleries, jewelers and restaurants, also known as the Rodeo Drive of the Desert. The Palm Desert area also offers The River, The World Famous Living Desert Zoo and Botanical Garden, Outlet Shopping, Fine and Casual Dining, The Palm Springs Aerial Tram, Knott’s soak City, Movie Theaters, Tours, Festivals, Casinos, Palm Springs Follies, hiking, biking, rock climbing and National Parks. Only two and half hours from LA, San Diego and Orange County beaches and about an hour and half from great mountain resorts. Palm Springs International is a short 25 minute drive.

High season  (Nov-Mar) rates are, $395/weekend (3 day min), $995/week, $3200/monthly. Extra nights are $175.

There is a security deposit of $150.00 and a cleaning fee of $75.00 due prior to arrival.

Partial rent prepaid, balance due 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation policy: 15% cancellation fee 15+ days prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations 15 days or less prior to arrival.
